We run four engagement models, and the difference between them is who carries the design. In OEM you bring the design and we build it. In ODM you bring the market requirement and we start from a platform we have already tooled. Private label is the fastest version of ODM. Custom development starts from nothing.
Most first enquiries arrive without a drawing. That is workable: a photo and a target price are enough to tell you whether the project is realistic, and to say so before you spend money on tooling.
What we will not do is quote a project from a competitor’s sample and hope. Without the internal structure and the tolerance stack, a quotation is a guess, and a guess is revised at the worst possible moment — when the tool is already cut.

- 05 ToolingMold design, DFM review, steel cutting and T1 samples measured against the drawing.
- 06 ValidationReliability and safety testing on the prototype, using the same criteria the production unit will face.
- 07 CertificationCE-EMC, FCC, RoHS, PSE or KC as the destination market requires, with report numbers published.
- 08 Mass productionPilot run, then serial production with in-line functional testing and ageing before packing.

What we need from you
- A reference product, drawing or sample — a photo is enough to start a conversation
- The destination market and the certifications it requires
- Target quantity, target FOB price and the packaging format
- The timeline you are working to, including any retail or trade show deadline
- Any non-negotiable requirement — size, weight, battery life, app, or an existing supply chain
What to ask us before signing
- The certificate numbers, not a claim that the product is certified
- Who owns the mold, and on what terms it transfers if you move
- The QC standard used at final inspection, and what happens when a lot fails
- The name of the engineer assigned to your project, and whether you can speak to them directly
