This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. It applies to enquiries, quotes and website analytics.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email address, country, phone or WhatsApp number, project details and any file you attach.
When you browse the site, we collect analytics data only after you consent: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, referring source and session duration. IP addresses are anonymised before storage.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects on you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It is loaded only after you accept analytics in the consent bar; if you reject, no analytics script is downloaded and no analytics cookie is set.
We have configured IP anonymisation and disabled Google Signals, remarketing and advertising features. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
Google LLC acts as our data processor. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Who we share it with
- Google LLC — analytics processing and the embedded map on the contact page, as described above.
- Certification laboratories — only when a quotation requires testing, and only the information needed for that test.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
We are based in China and use service providers established in other jurisdictions, including the United States. Where personal data leaves the EEA or the UK, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry and quotation records: for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship, then deleted.
- Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted.
- Accounting records: for the period required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold your data and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete data we no longer need;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent for analytics at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you are in the EEA or the UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled systems. We keep the set of people with access as small as the work allows.
Changes
If we change how we process personal data, we update this page and change the date below.
